I am a Superintendent of a 10-floor building and have been using SSI for many years. Their service has been beyond phenomenal. They have installed cabling throughout the entire building with great care and without damaging the building’s aesthetics.

Whenever I call, they always respond within a reasonable time and handle my inquiries efficiently. Their equipment is top-of-the-line, and their prices have consistently been well below other quotes we received for similar work.

Anytime I require assistance, they respond promptly and professionally. In my experience, they are well above their competitors. I would highly recommend their services.

SSI Security provided us with equipment tailored to our specific needs. They are a one-stop shop for everything from 24 hr security monitoring, camera systems, intercom panels, door alarms and virtual private networking, with seamless installation and the most courteous team of service professionals. They continue to provide the best after sales service in their industry. When you call, they answer! It's so refreshing to speak to a person and not to a machine. Thank you Kevin Bazinet & SSI. You truly exemplify personalized customer service.

When our intercom system went down from water damage, Kevin and his guys were there immediately to troubleshoot. We opted for a new system and they had us up and running right away! Great, reliable group of guys. Very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them.

Just switched our alarm monitoring service in order to have local oversight. Kyle was professional, informative and answered all of our questions pre install. The install was seamless and both Kyle and James were efficient and personable. Will be sure to recommend SSI to our friends.
